Well known young director in the California Chinese community, specializes in original commercial concept development, commercial film narratives and exploring the plight of the youth in society. In 2022, Tanxuan was selected in AACYS's American Chinese Top 30 Under 30. Tanxuan has won two awards at the Oscar qualifying, BAFTA qualifying, Canadian Screen Award qualifying LA Shorts, which is the Best New Wave Chinese Filmmaker and Immaculate Heart Community Cash Prize Award. He’s also a two times Golden Angel Awards Winner at the Chinese American Film Festival which is the only film festival to be certified by both the U.S. and Chinese governments. He has won hundreds of awards and has been featured in leading media such as Deadline. Tanxuan is not only good at developing original concepts and combining them with marketable strategy, he’s also focused on the dilemmas and thoughts of young people in today's society through his works. Livestream combines livestream with the zombie genre to show the phenomena of young group's current workplace dilemmas through the eyes of a influencer at a low point in her career.  Magician: Game of Detective tells the story of a talented magician who uses his skills to help the FBI solve crimes and find his own self-worth, and the project is in the process of feature film development.
